Shipping Policy – Eleanor & Rose


At Eleanor & Rose, shipping is always free with no minimum order required. We aim to keep things simple, transparent, and reliable for every customer.


We currently deliver straight from our international warehouse to your door. This allows us to offer fair prices without compromising on quality. Most deliveries to UK arrive within 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is processed. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, ready to ship items cannot be cancelled and edits cannot be made once the order has been placed. These items/orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 2-3 business days to ensure speedy delivery. 


We take great care when handling your order and ensure it is packaged properly. If your parcel arrives damaged or the packaging is visibly torn, please email us at support@eleanorandrose.com with clear pictures and videos. Be sure to keep both the packaging and the item, as they may be required for a claim.


If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at support@eleanorandrose.com to request return instructions. Returns that are not registered in advance cannot be accepted. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


We may ship from different fulfillment locations to reduce unnecessary steps in the supply chain. While we do not promote ourselves as a sustainability brand, we do take care to operate responsibly wherever possible.
